Its all a game until someone gets hurt

Here is a (very big) chart with shows the effective income tax and social security rates in relative terms for many countries. Can you spot the big welfare states of Belgium and Greece?

It also shows how the UK could curb taxes by even just a small amount to help create growth through competitiveness. News today has revealed that David Cameron’s government has indeed reduced the burden of taxes on UK citizens (by £590 income tax and £221 national insurance) but there is still a lot more that could be done. Also, as I’ve said before, many taxes on this list can be scrapped all together.

BUT WHO WILL BUILD THE ROADS?
